Megan Coulton


Megan is part of the cross-departmental Energy and Sustainability group. She advises private and public sector clients on a range of energy and infrastructure projects including district heating/cooling, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, renewables and energy efficiency works.

Megan has experience in drafting and the negotiation of concession agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, outsourced services arrangements, feedstock/off-take agreements and domestic/commercial energy supply agreements. She also advises on connected regulatory issues relating to energy generation, supply, distribution and transmission, and works closely with planning and property teams on energy related leases, easements and connections.

Megan is recognised in Legal 500 2018 for her work for public and private sector clients on district heating schemes and utility connection arrangements.
