Zoey Wübbels


Zoey is a paralegal in the Sales and Homeownership team which is part of the Trowers & Hamlins' Real Estate department in Exeter.

Zoey deals primarily with leasehold transactions and advises a range of RP clients on a variety of matters, including Right to Buy, Staircasing, Lease Extensions and Assignments. She also deals with commercial sales of properties on new developments, in particular with shared ownership. 

Prior to joining Trowers in 2019, Zoey previously worked for another large firm in their conveyancing department, having completed her law degree at Bournemouth University.

Zoey is currently undertaking the CILEx fast track apprenticeship and will be qualifying in 2021.
