Edward is a Solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' Projects & Construction department, having trained at the firm.

Undertaking a variety of non-contentious construction work Edward acts for a full range procurers of construction services and industry professionals, from niche suppliers and sub-contractors to multi-national developers, manufacturers and joint ventures.

Edward's practice includes construction due diligence for purchasers and funders, negotiating and drafting amendments to all industry standard forms and bespoke construction contracts and advising on professional team appointments and insurance matters.
