Jeni Hancock


Jeni joined Trowers & Hamlins in October 2018 and advises on all contentious property matters.

Jeni has particular expertise in commercial property disputes and regularly advises pension funds, institutional property investors, local authorities and private clients on matters relating to the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 including termination, dilapidations, breach of covenant, break notices and lease renewals. She also advises on issues relating to restrictive covenants, adverse possession, rights of way and prescriptive easements.

Jeni also specialises in Telecoms work and regularly provides strategic advice to site providers on the Electronic Communications Code.
