Katie Hardiman


Katie specialises in corporate and commercial matters for charities, registered providers and private companies.

Her expertise includes advising clients on the establishment of joint ventures, drafting the constitutional documentation for such vehicles and incorporating companies and limited liability partnerships.

Katie also advises on mergers and acquisitions (including the drafting share purchase agreements and business transfer agreements) and group restructuring.

Katie's experience includes advising registered providers on governance and corporate matters such as amalgamations, transfer of engagements and managing due diligence exercises. Katie also provides constitutional and governance related advice to our clients including advising clients on, rule changes, payment of board members and regulatory compliance.
