Samantha advises both councils and RPs on all aspects of tenancy management, including secure and assured tenancy rights and obligations, rents and service charges, housing management clauses, leaseholders and tenant involvement.

Samantha also advises on local authority housing management outsourcing exercises, the setting up of corporate vehicles (usually companies limited by guarantee and industrial and provident societies), she also advises on the implications of charitable status and on the governance and procedural issues arising for registered social landlords and regeneration organisations.
