Lydia Jones
Lydia is an associate in our Real Estate department and specialises in residential development advising private, public and third sector organisations in relation to a variety of development transactions of varying complexity including large scale development sites.
She works regularly on property financing, development schemes, sales and acquisitions along with various matters affecting title and is particularly involved in build to rent and affordable housing projects (including in relation to operations and building safety).
Lydia also acts for government bodies including Homes England and the Greater London Authority advising on grant funding agreements for housing delivery under affordable funding programmes.
