In the past, investors have been able to put their money in safe commercial stock and expect a solid return. Now, the changing dynamic in commercial space means investors have to do much more to attract tenants and keep their buildings competitive in the investment market.
We build strong bonds with our clients and believe in supporting them through the full life cycle of property ownership. Our large real estate team draws upon its vast institutional experience and acts proactively and dynamically on all commercial real estate deals, from acquisitions and sales, asset and portfolio management, acquisition and development finance, corporate structuring, development and refurbishment, insolvencies and disputes to environmental and regulatory compliance.
