Nicola undertakes all aspects of travel litigation on behalf of Claimants, Defendants and insurance companies.
She deals with tour operator claims, road traffic accidents, and all aspects of personal injury litigation, both in the UK and abroad.
She has many years' experience acting in high worth multi-track matters, including fatal accident claims, and sympathetically navigates clients through the claims process. Nicola acts for large insurers also, and has particular expertise in public liability matters.
Nicola also advises on detailed costs assessment proceedings and enforcement of costs.
Nicola is a trained civil and commercial mediator with dual UK and USA accreditation with the ADR Group and the International Academy of Dispute Resolution.
