Charlene is a lawyer in the International Construction Department of Trowers & Hamlins, based in our Kuala Lumpur office.
She specialises in construction, energy and infrastructure disputes. Her experience includes advising clients in the power, water, hydro-electric, oil and gas, mining, data centre and rail sector in Asia as well as the Middle East. She has extensive experience in international arbitration as well as a background in Malaysian litigation.
