Diana Lupa


Diana is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Energy and Sustainability department. 

Diana advises private developers, registered providers and local authorities on energy-related infrastructure projects such as district heating, renewables, utility connections and public funding for retrofit and energy efficiency works.

She has experience advising clients on district and communal heating networks assisting with tender documentation and negotiations of energy services agreements and related contractual documents. She also provides advice on customer supply arrangements and Heat Trust compliance for consumer protection.

Diana also advises clients in relation to the Government funding schemes available for retrofit and energy efficiency works and provides support to clients.

Her experience in renewables involves providing advice in relation to EV infrastructure and assisting clients with the contractual documentation for the deployment of rooftop solar solutions for developments. Leveraging her property background, Diana works closely with the real estate team on energy related leases, airspace leases and the grant of associated rights.

Diana continues to maintain a close relationship with our international teams in our office in the Sultanate of Oman, advising on a few energy and sustainability related projects.
