Emma Sear
Emma joined the Commercial Property team in 2012 from Maxwell Winward LLP. Emma heads up the residential property team in our Exeter office and specialises in residential real estate transactions acting for private individuals, lenders, investors, landlords, tenants and developers.
Emma has experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing and has a particular expertise in assisting and advising off-shore clients, especially those in the Middle East, in relation to their property investments.
Emma is well known in residential property circles and organizes and hosts the Trowers & Hamlins Residential Breakfast Forum in both our London and Exeter offices.
