Trowers advises long-standing client via instruction from Morood Investment Company and Dominion Fiduciary Services on £22 million revolving loan for the refinance of a Grade II Listed Townhouse in Belgravia.
The revolving loan was used to refinance a £40+ million super-prime townhouse situated in the prestigious suburb of Belgravia.
The successful completion of the funding was a result of combined efforts from the Trowers & Hamlins Banking & Finance and Real Estate teams. The team was led by Eddie O'Hanrahan with assistance on the financing aspects from Emma Carr and Isobel Moorhouse. Real estate expertise was provided by Emma Sear.
