Mandy Baker


Mandy deals with road traffic accidents and personal injury claims arising out of incidents in England and Wales.

Mandy had several years previous experience working as a Personal Injury Case Handler/Lead Advisor for a number of major insurers in Exeter and Bristol, providing valuable insight into claims from a Defendant's perspective.

Mandy deals with both personal injury claims and uninsured loss recovery claims, deriving from road traffic accidents and public liability incidents in England, Wales and Europe.  She has over ten years experience dealing with claims within the portal process for personal injury claims in England and Wales, and deals efficiently with both liability disputes and settlement negotiations. Instructions are received directly from clients, insurers and claims handlers alike.

Mandy also arranges independent medical examinations for policyholders who are making a claim for permanent or total disability under their life insurance and travel policies, taking those instructions from insurers directly.

Mandy has particular expertise in claims within the England and Wales jurisdiction, particularly within  the personal injury protocol for road traffic accidents, public liability and employers liability claims. She also has expertise in foreign road traffic accidents including those under the European motor insurance directives and uninsured loss recovery both in the UK and Europe.

Mandy also have experience working on cases where accidents have occurred abroad outside of road traffic accidents, particularly concentrating on those within Europe,  including accidents in hotels and illnesses contracted whilst on holiday.
