Penelope Salih


Penelope currently assists with site acquisitions, commercial and residential development and disposals for public sector bodies and private developers.

Penelope regularly advises on high volume sales schemes, including substation and utility leases in addition to management company arrangements and service charge provisions, auction disposals and large due diligence projects. She has previously been involved with LSVT stock transfers and amalgamations with established Registered Providers.

Penelope also has experience in real estate finance, property litigation (including a range of landlord and tenant leasehold disputes) and providing a variety of governance advice to housing associations in England and Wales, charitable organisations and statutory bodies.
