Stephen Sullivan

Stephen trained and worked in London before moving to the UAE in March 2013, having joined from Addleshaw Goddard LLP.  Stephen heads up the Abu Dhabi corporate transactional practice and specialises in a broad range of corporate matters with a particular focus on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. He regularly leads teams advising clients on complex acquisitions and sales throughout the MENA region and internationally. His track record includes work in the oil and gas, healthcare, hospitality, food and beverage, TMT and real estate sectors.
