Li Ying Teng
Li Ying is an associate in the International Corporate Department of Trowers & Hamlins LLP, based in Oman. Li Ying started out at our Kuala Lumpur office in July 2020 and transferred to our Muscat office in February 2023.
Over the years, Li Ying has gained a wide range of experience advising clients from Malaysia and the GCC region on cross-border corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions; corporate advisory and regulatory matters; private equity; negotiating international commercial contracts and equity capital markets.
Li Ying is well versed in transactional corporate work and has worked with an array of multinational clients in respect of mergers and acquisitions including, divestitures; corporate restructurings; joint ventures; and takeovers.
