How can we help you?

Our life sciences team comprises experts from across the firm who work collaboratively to provide sector leading advice to our life science and healthcare clients.

The life sciences sector stands out as a growth area in the UK and this coupled with a Government focus on life sciences and the opportunities fuelled by the increasing usage of innovative technology in life sciences has seen the sector attracting increasing investment. This is fuelling demand for space, and as a result the life science sector has become a hot ticket for real estate, investment and innovation.

We are one of very few firms capable of moving across all of these boundaries and, therefore, capable not just of moving with the market but working with it as it evolves. We understand all aspects of the sector, working with investors, local authorities, developers and operators. Demonstrating excellence within life sciences and healthcare requires the ability to work across many facets, especially when they are coalescing more and more as a consequence of Government policy.

Our life sciences team comprises experts from across the firm who work collaboratively to provide sector leading advice to our life science and healthcare clients. We have long-standing expertise in advising companies and investors in the pharmaceutical, medical research, health-tech, fertility and private healthcare sectors. Our expert group works closely with our clients to advise them throughout their lifecycle, providing specialist advice in relation to regulatory, procurement, public and private funding, corporate, commercial, data privacy, IP, dispute resolution, construction and real estate matters.
