Webinar: Property litigation - residential property update
Trowers' property litigation team will be looking back over the last year of residential property litigation and ahead to some of the key themes for 2022.
Topics to be covered include:
- Residential possession – after a year of changing notice periods and long delays to the possession process, Emma Salvatore will give an update on where we are now with residential possession claims.
- Service charges – Sam Coward will provide a recap on the key service charge cases from the past year.
- Building Safety – Doug Rhodes will explain how the management of higher risk residential buildings will need to change under the new resident engagement strategy and access provisions under the Building Safety Bill.
