Our partners Emma Burrows and Nicola Ihnatowicz were joined by David Blackburn, Chief People Officer of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, and HR Director of the Year at the Personnel Today Awards 2020 and Paul Allsopp, former Head of BT Agile Working Programme and currently Managing Director of The Agile Organisation.
They shared their experiences and answered direct questions from the audience.
In particular we were looking at how to manage a workforce in many locations, with some practical tips, and the equality, diversity and inclusion impact on the workforce of a move to agility.
