Webinar: Flexible working - will it change the workplace DNA?

Share

Imogen Reseigh and Jennifer Barnett joined Emma Burrows to discuss flexible working.

We were also joined by barrister Rachel Barrett from Cloisters. Rachel has a varied employment practice and regularly appears in the Employment Tribunal for employers and employees. She recently represented Alice Thompson winning £185,000 in a sex discrimination case against her former estate agent employer, a widely reported case which has reignited the conversation around flexible working.

As we move into the next phase of the pandemic and many are returning to the workplace, flexible working requests (and associated grievances and claims) are on the rise. It’s important that employers deal with these requests properly and understand the risks of getting it wrong.
