International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has promoted three to its partnership, taking effect from 1 July 2021.
The promotions include individuals from the London and Birmingham office across Real Estate, Corporate and Dispute Resolution and Litigation.
The new partners have benefitted from the firm's Pathways to Partnership programme, which requires candidates to work on an individual personal business plan forming a major part of the partnership selection process and driving performance over the year ahead. The programme includes many elements from law firm finance and business planning, to client care and people management and leadership.
Senior Partner Sara Bailey, commented:
"I would like to congratulate our new partners on their promotions. They have all shown a tremendous amount of skill and dedication in providing exceptional legal services to our clients and working collaboratively throughout what has been a challenging year, so on behalf of everyone in the firm I would like to welcome our new partners to the partnership."
