Eileen Duncan has been a partner at Trowers since 2007, relocating to Dubai in 2024 to lead the firm's Real Estate practice across the Middle East.
With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Eileen has a diverse practice encompassing a broad range of clients, including investors in the office, retail, and industrial sectors, corporate occupiers and family owned businesses.
Eileen has particular expertise in the acquisition, financing and internal re-organisation of large portfolios and enjoys complex, multi-faceted transactions which utilise her project management skills. She adopts a collaborative and commercial approach to negotiations to ensure clients' needs are met and is a trusted advisor to clients across the UK, Gulf and further afield.
