George Dowson


George has experience in a variety of property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and management of investment property; acting for developers, vendors and purchasers on development matters; and advising on landlord and tenant work, having acted for both institutional landlords and high profile tenants.

George works closely with the energy team in negotiating property documents for supply infrastructure on large developments. This includes advising on the utilities infrastructure documents for the 10,000 unit development at Barking Riverside. These turnkey documents are highly important for developers in delivering projects within projected timescales.

George acts for public, private and third sector clients. He understands the different challenges involved in leasehold negotiations, having acted for both landlords and tenants across a wide range of sectors including office, retail, industrial and leisure. He has negotiated and documented rights to light agreements and provided support to corporate transactions. George organises and often captains the firm's cricket team.
