Ed is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Projects and Construction team in the London office

Ed has non-contentious construction experience advising a variety of employer, developer, contractor and consultant clients across a wide range of sectors.

His experience includes drafting and negotiating amendments to a variety of forms of building contracts, professional appointments, novations, performance security and related transactional documents. In addition he has undertaken the construction due diligence for finance, real estate and corporate transactions and has also provided construction input on agreements for lease and joint-venture partnerships. He has worked with clients across a broad range of sectors including the office, retail, industrial, housing and public sectors.
