Michael Mullarkey


Michael is a Partner specialising in transactional construction law, having worked in house at major contractor Taylor Woodrow (now Vinci Construction) prior to many years in private practice, advising on major projects.

He has advised on projects using a vast breadth of procurement models ranging from the industry standard forms through to innovative and complex bespoke PPP schemes in the health, education, stadia, accommodation and transport sectors for all levels of project participant.

His practice has a particular emphasis on advising the private sector in connection with all construction related documentation including, procurement strategy, concession agreements, development agreements, sale and purchase agreements, due diligence, construction contracts and ancillary construction documentation, including security documentation and innovative incentivised payment structures and in-house pro-forma supply chain documentation.
