Stephen Mitchell


Stephen is a Solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' Real Estate department.

Stephen qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and has over 7 years of real estate experience, having previously concluded a sizable volume of commercial leases and agreements of a national telecommunications operator and drafted comprehensive title reports in support of three large commercial developments in north London.

Stephen currently acts for landowners, developers and healthcare providers on a variety of schemes such as leases, sectional agreements and land purchases. Stephen is keenly aware of the commercial considerations inherent in such transactions, and has a proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with all parties concerned.

Stephen's experience includes:

  • Conducting due diligence on a large refinancing project involving over 30 residential care homes
  • Acting on the novation of a portfolio of promotion agreements
  • and acting in relation to the grant of a variety of easements and a substation lease at a housing development in Middlesex.
