Laura Pennells


Laura is a Senior Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Dispute Resolution and Litigation department, specialising in commercial litigation.

Laura advises and represents clients in connection with complex, high value and business critical matters. She frequently advises on disputes of a multi-party and/or cross-border nature.

Laura has experience in a broad range of contentious matters, across various industry sectors, acting in litigation and in international arbitration. She also has particular experience in dealing with investigations and public inquiries, having advised in connection with the Review into the BBC's culture and practices during the Jimmy Savile and Stuart Hall years and the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse.

Laura has experience in all divisions of the High Court and in the Court of Appeal.
