Tessa Pang Walsh


Tessa acts for a variety of clients including registered providers, charitable organisations, private clients and public sector bodies with a focus on development and real estate work.

In particular, she has experience in dealing with property due diligence projects, development site acquisitions and disposals, setting up schemes for large scale affordable and private disposals and drafting residential and commercial leases.

Tessa also has vast experience in more general property work including drafting and negotiating grant funding agreement and nomination agreements between housing associations and local authorities, preparing option agreements and performing large scale title reviews. She has particular expertise in advising on low cost home ownership models including Help to Buy and shared ownership schemes and has assisted in acting for Homes England on such models.
