Amira Jafri


Amira is a lawyer in the International Corporate department of Trowers & Hamlins. She joined in November 2022 from a reputable Malaysian law firm.

Amira graduated from the University of Manchester with a (LLB) Hons Bachelor of Laws in 2017 and obtained the Certificate in Legal Practice from the Legal Profession Qualifying Board of Malaysia in 2018. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya in 2019, following her pupillage at a reputable Malaysian law firm.

She has experience in various corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory. She has advised a range of clients in various sectors, including logistics, automotive, property, financial services, healthcare, education, manufacturing, and aviation.

Amira completed a secondment with a listed fuel retailer based in the UAE, during which she worked closely with the commercial teams, and drafted and reviewed agreements relating to the fuel and non-fuel retail sector.
